A cup of eternity endings walkthrough

The following is a walkthrough for:

As it is quite lengthy, this walkthrough has been split into several parts:

• Section 1: General one, for those who wish to have hints to get an ending without getting too many spoilers
• Section 2: Detailed one, for those who want a step-by-step to reach a certain ending and don't mind spoilers
• Section 3: Bonus lines, for those completionists who want to see all alternate lines

1/General hints for each ending:

Ending 1: Naive route

• Choose wrong drinking methods. 
• Or if you survive that, fail to make him like you and don't try to poison his cup/switch the cups. 
• Or, be stupid, sneakily switch the cups an even number of times. Congrats, your cup has the poison again :)

Ending 2: Love route

• Make him like you. Take the time to get to know him before advancing the relationship.  Feed him the right dish(es) or eat them yourself. 

Ending 3: Scheming route

• Make him want to kill you but successfully poison his cup without getting caught. 

Ending 4: Poison master route

• Make him like you but successfully poison his cup/switch the cups without getting caught. 
• Or… feed him the wrong dish :) if you know which one, that is. 
• Or… he dislikes you but you have successfully switched the cups when he wasn’t looking. Karma payback time :)

Ending 5: Clumsy route 

• Get caught trying to poison/switch the cups.

Ending 6: Food route

•  Eat the wrong dish. 

2/Detailed walkthrough (choice by choice):

Segment 1: Drinking methods

To survive, choose in that exact order:

• Feed each other your cups

and then for the second time:

• Drink with cross-linked arms

Because each time he fails to poison you, he switches strategy :)

Segment 2: Eating + Conversation topics

Choices to make him like you: 

• Feed him the soup. 
• Don't give him fish.
• Leave the kiss option as the third (if you already have enough points) or last choice for a safer bet. 

Good conversation choices:

• Is that the Scholar's passion? (hobbies)
• Glad we could find an agreement. (politics)

Neutral choices (they give no points):

• Eat soup or fish. 
• Talk about the moon.

Choices to make him dislike you: 

• Anything not listed in good or neutral choices 

When you can poison him/switch the cups: 

• When you kiss him. 
• When he looks out the window after choosing to talk about the moon. 
• When you feed him the fish.
• When hobbies topic > Scholar’s passion choice > poison him when his eyes look elsewhere.
• Feed him the duck (beware it directly jumps to an ending after that)

3/Bonus lines:

They don’t affect the ending but it’s for those who want to see all the variations within each outcome.

• If you have enough good points already & kiss groom as the 3rd topic before choosing politics as 4th topic, alternate line is displayed
• If MC or groom died before from poisoned dish, and if MC eats it again themselves in the next run, alternate line is displayed.
• If MC died from poisoned dish before and the next run tries to feed it to groom, alternate line is displayed
• Ending 1: final lines have 2 variants of alternate lines depending on if affection points are high or not. 
• Ending 4: if player has already died from poisoned dish before or been sneaky with poison/switch cups, alternate line is displayed
• Ending 5: final lines have 2 variants of alternate lines depending on if affection points are high or not
• + various other lines that get displayed once you’ve died at least once already. You’ll get those naturally.
